INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup organic tahini
- 5 tablespoons organic almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 5 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chopped
- 3 TB Elemental Alchemy’s Adaptogen Milk
- 2 Tbsp. organic hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add tahini, almond butter and honey into a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add Adaptogen Milk powder and mix until well-combined.
- Stir in in vanilla extract and hemp seeds followed by the chopped chocolate.
- Knead until dough is thick enough to hold its shape. If wet, add more Adaptogen Milk a little at a time.
- Once ready, roll into 1-inch balls, then lightly dust with coconut flakes. Place on lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before transferring to an air-tight glass container for storage (room temperature).
Makes 12 to 14 depending on size.
