INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons ghee
 - 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
 - 1/2 cup almond flour
 - 6 teaspoons Elemental Alchemy’s Meru’s Milk
 - 
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
 - 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a heavy bottomed pan melt the ghee, then stir in both flours.
 - Cook on low heat until a light brown paste is formed, about 30 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and let cool completely.
 - In another pan, dry roast the Meru’s Milk and then grind in mortar & pestle.
 - Once the flour mixture is completely cooled, add in the ground ingredients, sugar and ginger.
 - With your hands shape 1-2 tablespoons mix into discs (when the ghee comes in contact with body heat, it melts thus smoothing out the surface).
 - Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
 - Let cool then store in a glass, airtight container for up to one month.
