A nourishing and delicious drink turned into a quick grab-n-go filling breakfast! These oats are packed with healing spices, filling fats and that little something extra. Plus they are vegan and gluten-free friendly.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 11/2 teaspoons Elemental Alchemy’s Unicorn Milk
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- honey to taste (optional)
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- Optional toppings: nut butter, chopped dates, berries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small saucepan whisk together milk and spices over low-medium heat until warm. Add in coconut oil and honey. Whisk again until honey is dissolved but be careful not to let mixture come to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- In a 16 oz jar, add oats, chia seeds, and any optional add-ins. Pour cooled Unicorn Milk mixture into jar and tightly cover with lid. Shake jar until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Store in the fridge for 6-8 hours before dishing out & enjoying.
