TEA + INFUSER

When the pace of life picks up and we become imbalanced, this handcrafted Ayurvedic tea supports a return to the natural state of things.As Muriel Barbery put it in The Elegance of the Hedgehog, “When tea becomes ritual, it takes its place at the heart of our ability to see greatness in small things. Where is beauty to be found? In great things that, like everything else, are doomed to die, or in small things that aspire to nothing, yet know how to set a jewel of infinity in a single moment.” ++ Fill infuser with ½-1 teaspoon tea and let steep in 6 oz hot water for about 5 minutes.

PALO SANTO + MATCHBOOK

One of the oldest and most revered tools for ritual is Palo Santo wood from the Bursera graveolens tree native to coastal South America. It is believed that when burned, it’s billowing smoke draws away bad energy and promote clarity and calm. ++ Light a match and hold the palo santo to the flame until you see a glowing ember form at the end of the stick. Once it’s lit, allow it to burn for about 30 seconds before blowing out the flame. The embers will continue to burn creating a smoke that will cleans the space around you and invite a sense peace and calm. Enjoy this experience. When you’re ready to put out.
